In addition to its function as a platform for exchange and encounters, we also see great potential for the JIK to help shape public debates around migration and social diversity, having a positive influence on this discourse.
The outreach department aims to increase publicity and reach the perspectives of our network. As a civil society actor, we also aim to engage with stakeholders from politics, academia, media, and civil society to enter into dialogue with them on topics of Islam and Muslims in Germany, diversity, participation, and representation.
